What type of projects do you use GoVIsually for?

We use GoVisually to collaborate on all our printed marketing communication projects, from packaging and product information documentation, to point of sale, off the page and out of home advertising.

What made you decide to start using GoVisually?

We needed a centralised proofing and approval system that was easy to access, learn and use for key stakeholders outside our creative and marketing teams and GoVisually offered an intuitive, well-designed collaboration platform with just the right level of detail and functionality to suit our needs and budget.

How has your process changed since using GoVisually?

GoVisually is now fully integrated into our creative workflow and approval process. It allows our design team, product developers, tests, suppliers, manufactures, and key stakeholders to have a complete overview of the project at every setup of the creative process from concepts to approval. It’s also given our teams much more freedom and flexibility to work remotely while collaborating.

And how do you typically use GoVisually on a project?

GoVisually is used to collaboratively design, review, proof, and approve all our printed marketing communication projects. As a design develops, we invite the relevant teams to collaborate at key points in the process, approving the design in stages along the way.

Anything else you’d like to share?

As a long-term user of GoVisually, I’ve always been impressed with the consent level of development the platform receives. Features are being added, updated, and improved constantly yet the interface and usability remain just as intuitive. The developers clearly listen to their customers’ needs and want and have a great understanding of how the platform is being used.
