We take no shortcuts with your data.

From time to time, companies ask us security questions about GoVisually. In general, we don’t like to expose much information about our security practices, because it only helps the very people we’re securing ourselves against. But we realize security is important to you, so we’ve decided to post how we manage and secure your data.

Fully Encrypted Traffic

All transmissions to and from GoVisually, including sign-on, are encrypted at 256-bit SSL and sent through TLS 1.2

Data Center Security

We use a top-tier datacenter that maintains several industry recognized certifications, including SAE16 SOC-1 Type II PCI, and more. Our servers are located in California, USA.

Data Storage

We store image data on Amazon's AWS data centers. They've devoted an entire portion of their site to explaining their security measures, which you can find here.

Data Protection & Recovery

All of the data is backed up daily to multiple disks. Backups are encrypted and distributed to various locations. Attachments in your account are encrypted and delivered on a per-user-access controlled basis.

Secure Payment Processing

We do not store your credit card information on our system. We use industry leader Stripe for our payment processing. Stripe has been audited by a PCI-certified auditor and is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1. This is the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry.

Availability

Our goal is to keep GoVisually available 99.99% of the time. Any planned maintenance likely to disrupt service is announced well in advance and downtime is kept to a minimum.
