Where to start
One electronic product can involve several different questions: electrical safety, radio authorisation, electromagnetic compatibility, energy information and disposal or shipping marks. Start with the model, its functions and the destination market. The resources below cover selected conformity and equipment-registration routes rather than one universal electronics approval.
Match the mark to its purpose
A radio registration and an electrical-safety scheme do not describe the same assessment. The electronics comparison in the logo library groups familiar marks by purpose so the designer can identify the supporting record to request.
Check the exact product and route
Official resources may describe a certification route, registration process, declaration or mark-usage instruction. Read the authority profile and source-type label before choosing the document that applies to the product.
Keep identifiers with the approved layout
When product identification or accompanying wording is part of the chosen route, keep it with the authorised artwork. An image preview illustrates a mark; it is not evidence that a particular device has completed an assessment.
