In general, we don’t like to expose much information about our security practices, because it only helps the very people we’re securing ourselves against. But we realize security is important to you, so we’ve decided to post how we manage and secure your data.

Enterprise-Grade SOC2-compliant Infrastructure
GoVisually is built on SOC2-compliant infrastructure providers. We leverage best-in-class cloud services that maintain rigorous security certifications including SOC2 Type II, ensuring your data is protected by industry-leading security standards.
Secure Data Storage
We store your data using enterprise-grade cloud infrastructure with multiple layers of protection. All data centers maintain industry-recognized security certifications. Data is encrypted at rest and distributed across secure, geographically diverse locations.
We store image data on Amazon's AWS data centers. They've devoted an entire portion of their site to explaining their security measures, which you can find here.
Data Protection & Recovery
All of the data is backed up daily to multiple disks. Backups are encrypted and distributed to various locations. Attachments in your account are encrypted and delivered on a per-user-access controlled basis.
Secure Payment Processing
We do not store your credit card information on our system. We use industry leader Stripe for payment processing. Stripe is PCI Service Provider Level 1 certified—the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry.

High Availability
Our goal is to keep GoVisually available 99.9% of the time. We use globally distributed infrastructure with automatic failover capabilities. Planned maintenance is announced well in advance and downtime is kept to an absolute minimum.
