You must be a registered member to collaborate on designs using our app
When you register and activate your account, you will provide us with personal information such as your name and email address, telephone number, credit card information, information about your company, your designation, etc. You must ensure that this information is accurate and current. We will handle all personal information we collect in accordance with our Privacy Policy https://govisually.com/privacy
When you register and activate your account, we will provide you with a user name and password. You are responsible for keeping this user name and password secure and are responsible for all use and activity carried out under this user name.
To create an account, you must be:
at least 18 years of age;
possess the legal right and ability to enter into a legally binding agreement with us; and
agree and warrant to use the website in accordance with these Terms.
Collection Notice
We collect personal information about you in order to respond to your enquiry, process your registration, provide you with our app that allows you to collaborate on visual design and for purposes otherwise set out in our privacy policy
We may disclose that information to third parties that help us deliver our services (including information technology suppliers, communication suppliers and our business partners) or as required by law. If you do not provide this information, we may not be able to provide all of our services to you. We may also disclose your personal information to recipients that are located outside of Australia, including to and not limited to Facebook, Google, Intercom, Heap Analytics, HotJar etc located in any geographical location

Subscription Terms and Billing
Subscription Plans: GoVisually offers various subscription plans with different features and user limits. Plan details are available at https://govisually.com/pricing
Billing: Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis (or as agreed on a contract). You authorize us to charge your payment method on file for all applicable fees.
Payment Failures: If payment fails, we may suspend your access until payment is received. We are not responsible for any data loss resulting from suspended accounts.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial months.
Changes to Plans: We may change pricing or plan features with 30 days notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
Fair Use: Each subscription plan includes a specified number of user seats. "Reviewers" (external collaborators with comment-only access) do not count toward user limits. However, internal team members who regularly use the platform must be added as paid users. We reserve the right to enforce minimum user requirements if usage patterns indicate seat limit circumvention.
Unacceptable activity
You must not do any act that we would deem to be inappropriate, is unlawful or is prohibited by any laws applicable to our website, including but not limited to:
any act that would constitute a breach of either the privacy (including uploading private or personal information without an individual’s consent) or any other of the legal rights of individuals;
using this website to defame or libel us, our employees or other individuals;
uploading files that contain viruses that may cause damage to our property or the property of other individuals;
