Could you tell us a bit about CWS Global and your team?
Church World Service is a faith-based non-profit organization transforming communities around the globe through just and sustainable responses to hunger, poverty, displacement, and disaster.
I am a graphic designer on the marketing team. Our team handles all the print, web, brand management, email campaigns, analytics, and content creation.

What type of projects do you work on?
My work is mainly geared towards print and digital – ranging from an email header to a full-fledged 50-page catalog. I also dabble in website design with our web designer.
How did you hear about GoVisually?
My boss was doing extensive research on a project review tool and I imagine he stumbled upon it through a Google Search.
What made your organisation start using GoVisually?
The user interface was straightforward to use, the price was right, and the need was immediately present.

The change has been really positive for us. With GoVisually, project review is more streamlined and organized.
Additionally, the deadlines are a lot more realistic since I know now that people outside my team will find it easy to review the projects they request.

And how do you typically use GoVisually on a project?
As the only graphic designer for our organization, when a department requests a design piece, I use GoVisually to post the review project.
I send the share link to the corresponding team members, and if they haven’t used GV yet, I give them a brief explanation. but typically, they don’t need help, it’s just easy for everyone to collaborate on the projects.

What do you feel is the best feature of GoVisually?
THE TAGGING! The tagging has been a total game changer! Before it, we definitely had issues with users going back and looking at other comments that were meant for them but the tagging feature has fixed that.
