Could you tell us a bit about Novembre?

Novembre is a consulting agency in integrated marketing strategies, sales promotion, and digital and social media strategies. We’ve been around for almost 30 years. And we’re about 50 people.

We work with various clients on business projects that range from developing marketing content to crafting promotional posters – building strategies that can help grow ordinary businesses into stories of success and brilliance.

What kind of projects do you work on?

My division is concerned with advertisement projects and specializes in mass distribution. It includes designing and managing a lot of flyers, banners, and posters.

Similarly, we work with other clients to help them with their sales strategies, social media marketing, and other business consulting needs.

What made you decide to start using GoVisually?

When it came to reviewing work with our customers, there used to be frequent gaps in communication, which can often lead to things getting lost in the process. So, we wanted a system in place for faster and clearer exchanges with our customers. GoVisually was a perfect fit for this. No more corrections by e-mail or annotated PDF! It took away our communication worries and let us focus on the more critical tasks at hand.

How has your process changed since you started using GoVisually?

GoVisually has streamlined our entire communication process to help us save and manage time in the most effective way. We’re now able to oversee any corrections requested by our customers with ease.

It has given us space to communicate, understand, and collaborate regarding any changes that need to be made to projects. Our overall work process has become smoother and well-integrated with other departments, which has made things easier for everyone involved.

And how do you typically use GoVisually on a project?

GoVisually has been seamlessly running as a reliable communication and interaction system for us that we use to stay in touch with not only our clients but also our various work teams. We use GoVisually for round trips with the customer.

And during the confinement due to the pandemic, we also used it internally to send corrections to our graphic designers. This has helped save us a lot of time and made the whole review and approval process a lot faster and more efficient.
